SPR# MCHZ8DYJ88 - This fixes intermittently seen provisioning errors possibly due to the installer exe being Microsoft EFS-encrypted and/or the install files were exploded into an EFS-encrypted folder. The failure sometimes left Notes in an unlaunchable state and would require a complete uninstall an reinstallation.
